Note from the Editor

In recent years, legal scholarship and law reviews have had their share of criticism. Many critiques are justified, but that doesn’t mean that law reviews are obsolete.

Law journals MUST EVOLVE — lest they lose their readers, purpose, and clout.

To this end, we at The Student Appeal are constantly evaluating how we can better disseminate legal information, where we should innovate, and how we can lead the evolution of law journals.

Hopefully, by now our readers have gotten to try the new addition to our website — Spritz. The technology allows readers to get through our articles faster, while training themselves to read faster in general.

Lawyers, law students, and general readers benefit from increased access to information and, in todays fast-paced world, a rapid way to ingest it.

Happy speed-reading, and we will keep you posted as we continue to pave the way for the future of legal scholarship.
